Best Beef Dip Ever Recipe

Got this off Allrecipes.com. It is super yumminess!

Ingredients
4 pounds beef chuck roast
1 T minced garlic
3 bay leaves
1 T dried rosemary
1 cup soysauce
6 cups water

Directions
Place roast in slow cooker. Season with garlic, rosemary, and bay leaves. Pour in soy sauce and water. Cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours. Unlike most roasts, the longer the better.

Note: My hubby can't have garlic so I didn't put that in and I completely forgot about the bay leaves. Haha. But it was still soo good and soo easy and soo yummy! Hope you love it! We also thought it would be good to melt a slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese on the french roll.

Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Apricot Chicken

This recipe tastes like you took a lot of time preparing it, but actually, it is super easy! I love making this dish for company because it appears fancy when it is really simple!

5 chicken breasts or 1 large whole chicken
½ cup Russian salad dressing
¾ cup apricot-pineapple jam
½ pkg. Dry onion mix

Use 9 x 13 pan. Clean and remove skin from chicken. Salt lightly. Mix together jam, salad dressing and soup mix to make sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 360 for one hour.

Or, mix everything together and put in a crock pot on high for four hours or low for six!
